Eye clinic liaison officers (ECLOs) are available throughout Moorfields, to assist those living with sight loss. This includes patients, relatives and carers.
If you require specialist information, or specific assistance with an issue we're unable to deal with, simply contact the ECLO, or ask a member of The Friends of Moorfields to guide you to their office and they'll be only too happy to help.
The ECLO say:
Living with sight loss and remaining independent.
Coping with and managing particular eye conditions.
Services outside the hospital including social services, local support groups and national organisations forpeople with sight loss.
Registering with the local council and getting a Certificate of Vision Impairment (CVI)"
ECLO's have a wealth of knowledge. Why not click the button below and visit their sight. It may provide the answer you've been searching for.
