Being a peer lead support group, we rely on your input. This allows us to provide the services and information you desire.

If you have questions, wish to give constructive feedback, suggest services to include,, or tell us about an event you're holding, whatever you need, we're available to help.

We realise, many methods are available to contact people these days, but we've found the following methods the most convenient,, easy to use and accessible for you, our volunteers and staff.

Please be aware, the service is run by volunteers, so if we're dealing with another member, simply leave a message, with your name, phone number and a brief description of the call, and we'll be back in touch as soon as possible.

Probably the easiest and quickest method to contact the support service. Again, our service is operated by volunteers, but we'll endeavour to reply to all emails as soon as possible.

To ensure your enquiry is directed to the correct service, please use OOKP and the service you require in the subject line. For example - OOKP Question, or OOKP Post op employment. This allows us to give the most relevant support possible.

If you could be concise but precise with your messages, it prevents you typing long messages, and allows us to answer much faster. Whatever method of contact you use, we'll always strive to reply as soon as we can.

Based on member feedback, we're introducing a new contact method, which is to join our WhatsApp group.

You'll need to install the app on your device (see the Tutorial Videos if you need help) then click the link below

Simply click the link, to be added to the group, where you can ask any question, or give details of an event you're hosting, and all members can view and respond.

If you wish us to add any further methods of communication, please do not hesitate to ask. Again, because of limited volunteers, can we ask, if you request a contact method to be included, the person requesting the method, become the monitor of the service. It will allow us to meet the peer lead promise, and allow the members most conversant with the contact method to nsure it runs smoothly.
