As we pursue our OOKP journey, there will be many developments we wish to investigate. Whether improved surgery techniques; access to new assistive technology, progressions in helpful therapies, or general issues we wish to learn more about, we'll always be inquisitive.
This is where our articles section can help. Within this section will be a variety of articles devoted to making our journey more achieveable. The information offered will allow us to make an informed decision of whether world developments will increase our understanding or whether research will allow us to help determine the direction we wish to follow
Articles included in this section, are those which are producing interest in our conditions, or where members have asked for information we feel others may be interested in. There are no real rules for an article being produced, so if you have a question which needs researching and can offer an outcome which is helpful to others, then we're interested.
You can either submit your own articles, or ask us to produce the article. However, to ensure the information provided is unbiased and correct, all articles will be closely examined before publishing. We ask, you read the articles, allow them to spark your interest, then research your findings using authorative avenues.
For example, if a new form of eye surgery becomes a trending topic, we ask you contact Moorfields consultants; one of the worlds leading authorities on matters of the eye; rather than take the views and opinions of a social media influencer.

As articles may not follow a theme, each article will be listed in a sub-section of this page. To see what's available, simply click on the arrow to the left of "ARTICLES" in the "NEWS" section. This will then show a list of the articles available.
Because of the lack of room available, the topic of each article will appear as the articles heading. For example, the first article is shown as "1. AI Therapy." If this interests you, click the title and you'll be taken into the full article.

Again, if you have topics you feel need an article, to help you make a decision, or expand your knowledge of the subject, simply go to the "CONTACT" section of this website and use the email address to send your request. Please pllace "ARTICLE" in the subject line and provide as much detail as possible, of what you require, so we can provide an article you find of interest and also answers your questions.
If any member finds writing articles of interest, please contact us, with some background of your experience and we'll gladly work with you to publish your articles. We're always looking for volunteers and this could be the gateway to you becoming a recognised published author and could act as your writing resume. If this is the case, please ensure you include your name, when submitting articles.
